Chhattisgarh Judiciary Exam Eligibility Criteria 2025

•        Eligibility Criteria Details  Nationality Must be a citizen of India 

•        Educational Qualification– Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university.- Must be enrolled as an advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961.Age Limit– Minimum Age: 21 years

•        Maximum Age: 35 years (as of 01 January 2025).Age Relaxation– SC/ST/OBC: 5 years

•        Women (all categories): 10 years

•        State Employees: 3 years Physical Fitness Candidates must be medically fit and free from any physical or mental disability that could affect judicial duties. Character Requirement Must have good moral character with no criminal record or involvement in offenses related to moral turpitude. Exclusions Candidates dismissed from government service or convicted for offenses involving dishonesty or corruption are ineligible.

Important Notes:

The eligibility requirements must be fulfilled by the application deadline .Proof of educational qualifications and other documents must be provided during the selection process.
