About the Opportunity
A & N Legal Solutions and Office of Dr. Amar Patnaik is looking for Economic Laws, Banking Laws and Policy interns for the month of February onwards.
Mode
In-person and virtual.
Eligibility Criteria
They are looking for a mix of law and/ or economics profiles. Students pursuing a master’s or PhD in economics are encouraged to apply.
Stipend
A stipend of 8000 will be provided for in-person interns.

Roles and Responsibilities
Drafting litigation and non-litigation documents under guidance
Visiting various courts of civil and criminal jurisdiction (including district, session, high court, consumer forums, and local cooperative courts within Maharashtra) to pursue applications and case filings
Visiting the jails of Navi Mumbai and Mumbai for vakalatnama signing and meetings with the accused
Visiting the property registrar’s office, Tashildar, Talathi, and land record of 7/12 within Maharashtra as needed
Working and dealing with civil, criminal, and matrimonial cases, cheque bouncing cases, and corporate finance matters; specializing in MOCOA, POSCO, NDPS cases, and IPC sections 302, 379, 380, along with applications for heirship and any declaration litigation as an independent advocate office
Who can Apply?

Are available for the part time job/internship
Can start the part time job/internship willing to joint Immediately
Are available for duration of 6 months
Are from or open to relocate to Navi Mumbai and neighboring cities. We will provide free accommodation only for the stay of interdistrict/interstate candidates (without esteem benefits, i.e., light bill, and Internet) and a scooter (without petrol).
