About the Internship
The Internship Program at Vinit Nagar & Co.| Company Secretaries (VNC) shall offer valuable exposure for the students interested in the Corporate Law and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC). The Firm regularly represents financial institutions / banks, Trade creditors, IRP / RP and Liquidator, personal guarantors before NCLT and NCLAT during CIRP and Liquidation process.
Eligibility
Law Students: Students currently pursuing LL.B. (3-year or 5-year program) or LL.M. from a recognized university.
Students pursuing CS Professional Programme with ICSI may also apply.
Responsibilities
Conducting research in Corporate Law and IBC matters
Assisting in the drafting petitions, appeals, affidavits, replies, rejoinder and documents, such as legal notices, and agreements
Analyzing case laws and judicial precedents
Support in e-filing and physical filing and submission of petitions at registry of NCLT and NCLAT
Duration
12 to 18 months (minimum)

As per market standards
