Legal research, particularly in criminal law and related subjects.
Draft legal documents, case summaries, and client briefs.
Assist in preparing case and legal arguments.

About the Internship
The shortlisted candidate shall be assisting the Legal team with ‘all things Legal’ which includes reviewing and vetting the agreements, MoUs, LoIs, Term Sheets, preparing legal notices, reviewing petitions and suits as well as engage in research work, as and when required.
